SHOP ORDERS & DELIVERY

  • You will be charged the moment you complete the checkout process. You will receive a confirmation email with details of your order and the price you were charged.

  • We currently only ship within the United States.

  • We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diner’s Club and JCB. We also accept Apply Pay, PayPal, AfterPay and Klarna.

  • Our store does have discount promotions. Be sure to visit our site often and stay up to date with us on social media for more information!

  • We are unable to make any adjustments to orders that have been placed. We encourage you to be sure that all information is accurate at the time of checkout.

  • Tracking information will be delivered to you by email.

  • We currently do not accept returns. All sales are final.

DISCORD & SUBSCRIPTIONS

  • Yes, all Carolina Gaming Discord activities and events are open to the public. Anyone can join in on the fun!

  • All server subscriptions are processed through Discord, this includes Nitro as well. We do not have the ability to trigger any refunds on these transactions.

  • Yes, all subscriptions in our Discord server provide a tier of exclusive benefits and channel access. While subscribers do receive perks, they are not immune to our community rules and guidelines.
